In my spare time, I enjoy travelling with my husband and with my 2 boys.  I enjoy biking, hiking, water-skiing, camping, walking, snorkeling, scuba diving, motor cycling.

  I have had the amazing experience to go to a fitness retreat in Southern Utah - The Biggest Loser Resort ( that later changed it's name to Movara).  While I was there I learned a lot about motivation, life balance, Perseverance  & nutrition.

I have been teaching
fitness classes since I was 16!
So without ageing myself, for 30 years.
I have been enjoying teaching fitness as
a passion / hobby in
Rocky Mountain House for
over 20 years now. 
I am certified in the following:

- resistance training specialist
- group fitness leader
- aqua fitness instructor
- Pilates mat certificate

I love inspiring participants of all shapes and sizes to do their best.  I have struggled with my weight for most of my life, but have shown other that you don't have to be a TWIG to be FIT

I believe that fitness should be FUN! 
Do something that you enjoy so that you
will want to do it and use it
as an outlet for stress management.

  I also believe that everyone is
capable of doing something! 
Whether you are just new to fitness,
getting back into fitness, overweight,
have medical issues -
There is ALWAYS something you can do.

I have completed 3 half marathons, a half ironman, multiple Grand Fondo bike races, an Olympic Triathlon and lots of Sprint Triathlons

I compete with myself to be the best I can be! 
Set goals to push to achieve more
and stay focused.  
I look forward to many more years of
sharing this passion with others!
