Donna's Beginner's Bootcamp  will be FUN - yet CHALLENGING

Who: Anyone who feels that they can't participate in a group fitness class, participants are encourage to be overweight, out of shape,  no judgement

Why: Why not... LOL   Seriously - Improve your balance, coordination, muscle tone, metabolism, strength, flexibility and so much get out of the house, get off the couch and have fun while getting fit with a great group of similar fitness level of participants!  All fitness levels welcome, but exercises will be geared towards the beginner level with options for more experienced participants.
