Donna's Beginner's Bootcamp
will be FUN - yet CHALLENGING Who: Do you feel that you don't belong / won't fit in to a regular fitness class? If so, this class is for you, because YOU CAN and you know you SHOULD! Participants are encouraged to be overweight or out of shape. Classes will be taught at the beginner level and options will be given for the intermediate participant. What: Beginner / Intermediate Group Fitness Class When: NO CURRENT CLASSES RUNNING Where: Why: Why not... LOL Seriously - Improve your balance, coordination, muscle tone, metabolism, strength, flexibility and so much get out of the house, get off the couch and have fun while getting fit with a great group!
